Our Gardens & Harvest
Deeply Rooted Church sprang to life with a vision of sustainability and community. At the heart of this mission is our commitment to growing and harvesting our own food. In 2025, amidst the celebration of our 25th anniversary, we began exploring fresh ways to rejuvenate our core principles. Together, we're redefining what it means to cultivate both nourishment and connection.
Spiral Garden
The Spiral Garden pays tribute to Demeter, the Greek Goddess of agriculture and Persephone's mother. This sacred space inspires Pagans to embark on a profound self-discovery journey, descending the spiral path to uncover the fruits of their own labors.
Organic Heritage Orchards & More!
Deeply Rooted Church stands on land that was once a failing Barley farm, established by the Behm ancestors. Today, our property boasts a stunning assortment of century-old heirloom plums and apple trees. Our matriarch tree, Grandmother Apple, is a direct descendant of the nearly extinct Common German Winesap apple variety. We're also home to an abundance of wild strawberries, indigenous raspberries, blackberries, and gooseberries that thrive on our land.
Organically wild-crafted herbs!
Deeply Rooted Church's 160 acres of land bursts with a stunning array of ritual herbs for wildcrafting enthusiasts. Indigenous yarrow, stinging nettle, comfrey, plaintain, and more thrive here. Our land boasts unparalleled biodiversity. Discover the abundance growing at Deeply Rooted!
