Welcome to Deeply Rooted Church’s SHEAVES Portal 🎙️🌲

LIVE FROM THE PAGAN HOMELAND

SHEAVES is an invite-only, peer network of incorporated Pagan and nature-focused, land-based organizations. It exists to support regular communication, relationship-building, shared learning, and mutual support—so each community can get stronger while staying fully self-governed.

This portal is hosted by Deeply Rooted Church for coordination and information-sharing. Deeply Rooted speaks only for Deeply Rooted and does not speak for, represent, or make decisions on behalf of the SHEAVES network or any participating community. Each organization speaks for itself, and all collaboration remains rooted in autonomy and consent-based consensus.

SHEAVES MEMBER MISSION

Sheaves Gather: The Harmonization of Pagan/Nature Focused and Land Based Communities (“the Harmonization Summit”) to foster communication, collaboration, and mutual support.

Stewards of the Land

SHEAVES communities are stewards of land—not as an aesthetic, and not as a brand, but as a daily practice. We hold a working relationship with the land through stewardship, ecological sustainability, education, and spirituality: maintaining trails and habitat, protecting water and soil, tending sacred spaces, and building the skills that keep land-based communities durable across seasons and generations.

We do this in different ways—nature preserves, retreat sanctuaries, living communities, and dedicated gathering sites—however the shared ethic is the same: reciprocity, safety, and continuity, with the land treated as a partner rather than a backdrop.

A picturesque landscape of a forested valley at sunset with a small stream, wildlife including ducks, a moose, a turtle, birds, and a sign that reads 'Stewards of the Land' in the foreground.
A group of people gathered around a campfire in a forest clearing at dusk, with string lights, two small cabins, and a sunset with a crescent moon and stars in the sky. The scene has a warm, magical atmosphere and is titled "Guardians of Community."

Guardians of Community

We are also guardians of community—the human systems that make land-based work possible. SHEAVES exists so we can share practical knowledge, policies, and hard-won lessons without reinventing the wheel in isolation.

We support one another through communication, shared learning, and relationship-building across organizations, with an emphasis on continuity: keeping commitments, preserving institutional memory, and building structures that outlast any one leader.

Each community remains fully self-governed, and each speaks for itself; our goal is simple and durable—stronger connections, clearer coordination, and a legacy of care that future stewards can inherit without chaos.

An informational infographic promoting SHEAVES, a volunteer network supporting land-based organizations. The infographic features sections on land-based communities, pagan sanctuaries, stewardship projects, and education hubs. It emphasizes shared voice, collaboration, and sustainable land practices, with supporting points on communication, gatherings, shared learning, and leadership continuity. The right side shows a night view of a geodesic dome structure illuminated at night, with the SHEAVES Gathering text and a rainbow-colored pride flag icon.
Three images on a brochure page for SHEAVES network: top center shows a fire circle on a patterned ground at night, top right shows a group of people holding hands around a large bonfire at night, bottom left shows a natural creek with green foliage and a geodesic dome with a fire inside, bottom center shows several hands stacked together with some orange gloves.
